HISTORY
Rickard Air Diffusion (Pty) Ltd was established in Cape Town, South Africa in 1979 with a staff of only two. Today it is the leading producer of Variable Geometry VAV equipment and controls internationally.
The company is privately owned, managed and directed by its shareholders.
AWARDS AND ACHIEVEMENTS
Safmarine Trophy – Best Export Performance | 1994
Four years after starting to export it’s products in 1990, Rickard won the Safmarine Trophy for the Best Western Cape Exporter in its category. Rickard has continued to grow it’s export market since then.
Cape Chamber of Commerce – Best Western Province Exporter Award | 1993
The company was awarded the Presidents Award for Export Achievement in the same year.
Cape Chamber of Commerce for Innovation Award | 2015
The Cape Chamber of Commerce Awards 2015 saw Rickard win the Innovation Award for being the best company that displayed innovation within their category.
